uhh can perry just blitz since his attack potency is more than spideys defense, and possibly sub relativistic? However I think if perry misses the first punch spidey will probably take this due to precogniton and instinctive reaction via spidey sense. I think im going to wait for others before picking tho.

Spider-Man's Spider Sense allows him to keep up with characters who have Relativistic speeds. He won't get blitzed.

I don't know about you but I think downgrading Spidey back to High 8-C/8-B among a few other Marvel characters was a tad mistake as there are still things that don't add quite right with this decision seeming more of a massive low ball out of all things.

However seeing how it is now Spiderman still has more abilities then Perry could ever even lay a paw on, Vote Spiderman.

So, there's only a x1.3 times difference between their speeds actually, however I think Spider-Man would absolutely speed blitz Perry with his Spider-Sense, so speed should be equalized first off, it makes it far worse for Agent P instead.

1.3x isn't a blitz, which is what Peter has to overcome, but x100 is definitely a blitz, which Agent P has to overcome

Spider-Man has 0.38 c reactions with his Spider-Senses, to Perry's 0.01 c speed. 100x is an exaggeration on my part, but still, x38 faster reaction speed basically makes it that Peter can sleepwalk through the fight.
