Pizza Tower MHS Downgrade

Similar logic to the UT CRT with this name, the lightning in Pizza Tower doesn't behave like real lightning.

1. It originates from a magically created, cartoony cloud with a face and leaves.
2. The cloud itself is roughly Peppino’s size and nowhere near large enough to plausibly generate real lightning.
3. These clouds usually appear only a few feet off the ground, and even the elevated ones aren’t high enough to justify true cloud-to-ground lightning.
4. And the lightning from the elevated clouds just straight-up stop mid-air.

As for the authorial intent side of the argument, Peppino is clearly not intended to be moving at thousands of times Mach speed.
His high-speed state is literally called Mach Run and it explicitly escalates from Mach 1 up to Mach 4, with visible sonic booms reinforcing that scale.

That's about it.
