We currently have Peppino be the one who causes the environmental changes such as the storm during his fight against Pizzahead. I think it should be noted that the storm ends only because Peppino's anger causes these changes. When Peppino stops fighting and he's no longer ultra-pissed, the storm ends. The profile suggests his piledriver dissipated it.
I also think we missed the fact that Peppino's anger undoes Pizzahead's reality warping effects on the Moon, and somehow shifts the Sun into a position behind the Moon. All of this going back to normal after he's done.
I suggest adding Reality Warping to Peppino's profile for undoing the Moon's face and shifting the Sun into a new position, since it seems like Reality Warping that does Weather Manipulation in the process. Also make his tier with Reality Warping, baseline Star level with environmental destruction.
