Just a thread to ask some questions on, and maybe to figure out some scaling issues― along with the upcoming Galar Additions.
 
My first question would be...

What's the justification for Zeraora being 4-B Solar System Class, which is the same tier as the S/M boxart Legends Solgaleo and Lunala? This Pokemon also scales above base Mewtwo, and several other legendaries.

Are there any feats that justify this scaling?
