after watching the DBS once more i think it`s safe to upgrade god tiers to Low 2-C
episode 28, "the arrivel of champa". [champa and beerus starts fighting they threaten to destroy both Universe 7 and universe 6] but [ whis and vados stops them], otherwise[they would destroy both universes]. even manga suggestes this, but [as usual whis and vados stops them.] note they say the refer to "universe" all the time so it`s not 3-A fight besides wouldn`t thier clash have to go through time-space busting them, on it`s way to reach universe 6? so i heavily suggest that we should upgrade them to low 2-C based on this!
