Possibly upgrade on a possibly upgrade

I made this thread before but never got a clear answer
What happens when a Possibly tier gets a upgrade that is accepted to a be a possibly tier?

Example Character A has a Tier 6-C and a Possibly High 6-C Tier via a possibly accepted 10x Multiplier, Character A gets a another possibly accepted multiplier that is a 15x, what would their statistics look like?

I mean it as: "possibly 100x".

Also it depends, can the multipliers be used simultaneously? Do they stack each other multiplicatively? Additionally?

Or can they only be used separately from one another? That will change the result.

Can stack (multiplicatively): "6-C, possibly 150x"

Can stack (additionally): "6-C, possibly 25x"

Can't stack: "6-C, possibly 10x to 15x via multipliers"

Yes they can stack upon each other, multiplicatively
But since both are rated as only as a possibly how would it be listed?

It would be like 6-C First Multiplier is 6-C Possibly 10x (Multi 1)Second Multilplier 6-C, Possibly 10x(From Multi 1), Possibly 15x(Multi 2), Possibly Possibly 150x(Multi 1 and 2)
My question is how would that look on a profile or would apply at all
