Probably a Stomp but it's funny-

Probably due to hax-- But I don't know if Bugs is gonna do anything that he doesn't resist before Superman just, punches him, and knocks him out. What does Bugs usually start with?
 
He probably knows about Superman since it has been stated that Looney Tunes takes place in the same multiverse(?) as most DC stuff... yeah it's weird I know. But he also has Supernatural Luck(passive) and Plot Manip, so I dunno how Supes is gonna deal with that.
 
Not sure if it's in character for bugs to use these but he has: Plot Manip, Sleep Manip, Attack Reflection, Mind Manip(which affected someone who resiested Mind Manip and affected someone without a brain), Gravity Manip, and BFR, which I don't think Superman could resist. So he has some possible wincons but I dunno if he'd use them in character.
 
So, unless Bugs uses any of those in character, I'm gonna vote for Superman for basically resisting most of his hax, and more than likely one-shotting before Bugs can pull out anything that's gonna give him the victory. Besids if Super Rabbit is being used, he might go into H2H right off the bat like how he did against Zod, or just, y'know, try and talk him down or something.
 
I mean like, actual talking, not manipulation. But yeah I know that's not going to work at all. Super Rabbit is probably gonna fly in, and get one-shotted.
 
Super Rabbit's starting move seems to be whether Hand to Hand, or Heat Vision. Which, Superman is gonna tank through, and either one-shot by punching him, or blasting him with his Heat Vision.

Bugs has type 8 immortality and mid-high Regenerationn so that would not one-shot him

bugs resists extreme heat and even if he didnt mid-high and his immortality would take care of that
 
Yeah, Superman has dealt with way stronger toon-force reality warping from Mxyzptlk, but I am not sure how he can incap Bugs' Regenerationn or plot hax.
 
both have the same lifting strength but even if superman did that i'm sure bugs would teleport out of harm's way

Pretty sure he could BFR him by knocking him out, with said one punch. That was the argument in the All Might vs Johnny Bravo thread, pretty sure Johnny and Bugs have similar Regenerationn.

If by "dealt with", you mean "gotten absolutely clowned by more times than not", then sure.
 
Super Bugs didn't seem to use that supernatural luck of his early in his fight with Zod, who was beating the snot out of him. Super Bugs seems to usually start with Heat Vision or Hand to Hand mostly, and the thing about Heat Vision isn't just that it's heat, it also appears to generate a concussive force that is capable of moving, and causing damage to opponents, even if the heat itself isn't enough.
