May I have permission to create a profile for Chica (Book Trilogy) on the wiki? Not really sure how this works but because I'm sick of waiting I want to make one myself

I immediately found that there was a rule book after posting this and I tried to delete this. Unfortunately I don't know how to. I made a profile in my sandbox but I don't know how to access it despite saving it.
