There were some abilities he used in the TYBW that he gained from the Hogyoku:
* Regeneration (but after the timeskip since Almighty nulls and was used to severe his limbs) - according to the light novels Aizen's body reappeared in another squad barracks unconscious after Yhwach was defeated.
* Transcendent Reiatsu (was able to erase a shinigami's hands, similar to how he erase the human soul back when he was Mullet Aizen)
* Probably teleportation - Aizen appeared behind Yhwach disguise as Ichigo through KS after Yhwach sent him flying in the opposite direction when he used Hado 99.
* likely Cosmic Awareness - Aizen can sense and tell what is going on in different dimensions during TYBW. Before going through the portal to Karakura Town he told Orihime exactly what was happening in that town when they were located in Hueco Mundo. The moment Aizen speaks to Ichigo he tells Ichigo that in his battle with Ulquiorra he gained a new power (Vasto Lorde) and manga shows the panel of that full hollow form even when Aizen was in Karakura Town and that happened in Hueco Mundo.
I think the last one is far fetch, but at that time Aizen was fused with the Hogyoku before going into Hueco Mundo.
