I'm not expert on KE but as far as i know, the fast it is the less accurate it is, it's also a secondary choice so we probably have other measurements to sonic

Because we don’t use KE of a character if it doesn’t line up with other AP showings in the verse or have some indication that the high speed causes proportionally high damage.
