I thought that was the case but he's labelled as having it. Which makes no sense given the fact there are at least four beings in his verse who could kill him.

Not quite. More something that cannot suffer any sort of death or absolute destruction on any level. Being fundamentally above change on such a scale is just an easy qualifier for that.
