what if instead of using the most consistent high end, this wiki used the most consistent low end? For example, Goku would be 5-B, DC would be 1-C, and so on and so forth. How would the most popular verses on the wiki be changed?

sigh ill take the bait..Are you suggesting or just wondering what tier popular verses would be?

That would probably downgrade most verses to tier 9-8 since battles are consistently with this range, with the only top tiers being those that are either dead on being tier 5 or just large sized
based. 9-B is the only good tier.

Best tier for constant fights, punching through steel and stone is already super impressive so having whole fights around it is best

I mean, we (in theory) do this; aoe and similar is another issue.
yes but if a verse is shown mostly to be superhuman+ but has some multiversal stuff (For example, Shin Megami Tensei if you looked at the gameplay feats only) that everyone scales to, then everyone would just be superhuman+

Outliers exist, its your work to determinate what is an outlier and what is not. I character that consistently is wall level, but has an specific attack that is galaxy level then it wouldn't be deemed outlier; but someone that can be consistently damage by other poeple stabs and in one instance is bulletproof then that's an outlier, or that is only receive moderate damage from 9-A attacks but in another it get severly injured by a 9-B attack is also an outlier (you determinate what situation is more consistent than the other).
