Raiden is already updated. He wouldnt even need Blade Mode to dodge whatever is thrown at him.

Since Raiden is originally faster, his speed amps are allowed by SBA.
Also there is no way Raditz is tagging him with a Ki attack.

Yes he can win off of speed amps, it's the opposite that won't get added to pages. But he actually doesn't even need the amps here (although he WILL use them), Raditz is Rel+ while Raiden has FTL+ combat speeds.

It reads like a NLF, but that's kind of the point. You just have to be careful what you give it too. Usually it's given to shit that's straight up magic bullshit hax like Cream from JoJo or Raiden's sword being funny and electrically severing atoms and stuff.
