(Rain World) What does Saint's karma blast count as?

Saint at max karma gains the ability to instantly Ascend other creatures. What does this count as? As far as I can tell, a mix of Death Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, and Immortality Negation (At least type 4), as the target dies, loses any chance of an afterlife, and are torn from the cycle of death and rebirth everything lives under. Or is it something else? Or even what I think, and something more as well?
