Real Life people?

I might have missed the page or rule stating against having real life people on this wiki, but if not, why is it that there's none? Is there a reason for this?

Of course I understand that we can't have anyone made into a page, was refering more those which has gain a certain amount of fame, and skills, to be placed here.
