Uhh if reinhard has ftl reaction and even higher perception, does speed equal really allow you to get blitzed just by the stand still? Even if it's Relativistic? Thought it prevented you from getting blitzed in scenarios you wouldn't get blitzed by like that (with exception of top strongest)
