I really hate immortality NLF. This isn't Screw Attack, they don't have to kill each other to win.

No Limits fallacy. Just because a character is immortal doesn't mean they can't be knocked unconcious or anything. It's not an automatic win

In terms of their other skills Reinhard negates her regen, instinctive reaction in addition to his precog will give him an advantage, there is also his regen.

Reinhard is a little over baseline, Sekhmet can take on all the other witches excluding Satella combined in under a minute, so something like Reinhard>Reid>Sehkmet>Typhon>Daphne>Echidna>Minerva(1.4 megatons).
Basically Sehkmet can easily stomp 4 Low 7-B at once, Reid is stronger than her and Reinhard is above Reid.
Also Base Puck is comparable to Echidna, Beast of the End is far above that, and creates snow storms by existing so 2.4 megatons by existing, Reinhard stomps Puck, which is obvious looking at the scaling, as Sehkmet is still above Beast of the End.
Base Puck needs an upgrade, which i haven't gotten to.

If they reach a horizon, like 6 megatons which is Low 7B plus
Given he does that by literally existing though, that would be enough to make him 7B.
