Terumi has a soul unlike Hazama which is why Hazama was able to match him.

no he can't cause anything he throws is negated by 1-A god armor that Reinhard has from his son. The one dude who had the best chance of beating Reinhard in Blazblue is unable to beat him, why would Terumi make any difference?
