No he doesnt. All that blessing does is ensure that his attack lands, not that his attack strikes first. And its never gonna land since he needs to swing his sword, which is slower than Thanos thinking.
Are we sure Thanos would start with that against someone who is infinitely weaker and even less intimidating?

Due to how the Gauntlet's precog works, Thanos has already experienced this battle countless times (as it is retroactive) and knows everything that has happened, is happening, and will happen, and also knows what all beings are thinking. So yeah, he would already know everything Reinhard can do and would just either seal him or use any thought-based ability that can get rid of him for good.

Wouldn't he just let himself be defeated subsconsciously because he doesn't find himself worthy ?

Dont ignore the rest.
however, this did not stop him from accomplishing multiple victories before his downfall
the justification doesnt even look like its thought based
Justifications dont need to mention the ability as thought-based either, since that too is optional, you are only obligated to list the fact itself. We can argue with just what is shown. And what is shown is that no gesture is needed for the sealing to happen. So, it follows that he only needs to think to do it.
