Going to go with Zabuza for his techniques and duplication. While Rem has the Regenerationn and range, Zabuza has more technique to overcome Rem, plus the battle takes place near the lake, so Zabuza has the advantage on the battle field, because he's going to need a large supply of water to fight.

I was pondering earlier if the battle would be a mismatch due to it being near a lake, but the battle was ultimately made to see both characters at the height of their power in their lives. A Zabuza without using most of his Suiton techniques would also be a mismatch.
