Bump and Oof, I was thinking of his saiyan form from when he fought Goku and Piccolo, I forgot he can go Great Ape.

If it's Oozaru Raditz then Keldeo gets slapped. Especially if speed isn't equalized.

Keldeo is >> 840ZT iirc, base Raditz easily defeats 69ZT characters and great ape is a 10x boost. Let's say he's between 690 and 1380 zettatons here. Either way, Keldeo is strong enough not to get one-shotted or significantly harmed, and is mobile, versatile and skillful enough to outmaneuver Raditz's attacks. Cutting his tail would revert Raditz into his far weaker base form that would get one-shot by Keldeo.

Without equal speed Keldeo gets blitzed.

Actually it's the complete opposite. Resolute Keldeo both AP stomps and speed blitzes Raditz. Resolute Keldeo scales to 1.68 Yottatons while Raditz merely scales above 69 Zettatons. And speed wise he scales far far above 53% SoL while Raditz only scales above 14% SoL. So if speed isn't equal Keldeo blitzes. Not that it matters since this match is a stomp. Black/White Kyurem who is slightly stronger than Resolute Keldeo has already defeated Post-Zenkai Vegeta.
