He still has some degree of mental resiliency. Revan is gonna need to focus to mindhax Supes. Supes only needs one hit to win.

I had a pretty long discussion with my buddy about that and he posted a maybe bit to snappy summary about the questionable feats of revan in the "Black Adam VS Revan" Battle.
Nonetheless many of his feats are really debatable. On top of that you really should take into notice that any force ability used by him (augmented movement, augmented strength..) claims stamina especially the OP ones.
Characters like Superman or Black Adam however have pretty much unlimited stamina by almost all their activity. Their skin and bones are nearly undistructible while Revans neck can easily be snapped and the argue about mind hax is also not accurate.
For example under Revans Telephaty "Can easily manipulate others mentally with the Force to trick" Nowhere is stated that it only easily works when the subject is weak at will. Otherwise it is incredible hard to accomplish and can even be impossible.
Or that point taken fully out of context " extremely skilled military leader (Conquered most of the galaxy less than two full years after defeating the Neo-Mandalorian Crusaders) "
Maybe you should mention that this task was not only relying on Revans military genius alone (although he was smart) but also heavily on the incredible powerful superweapon popping out endless armadas without any effort which nobody really knew about...yeah seems relevant.

This is PIS, because quite frankly, the "Weak Willed" is contradicted repeatedly by ToR in which, Vitiate turns Jedi Masters into his slaves, and to a smaller extent Sidious who Mind screwed Coruscant and everyone on it.

Yeah Vitiate had a good record but Sidious did it with a sith artefact and without anybody knowing that it was happening.
Also it's not contradicted! It only means that you need incredible power and skill in that ability to accomplish it. Revan was not a master in mind hax like Sidious or Vitiate. He had a strong mind himself yes but that is another thing.

When did Sidious ever use the artifact to mindscrew Coruscant?
The whole point of the artifact was to literally control the galaxy, if he already had that there would be no reason to control one planet over all of them.

There's a Sith artifact called the Helm of Ieldis that can allow its wielder to mind hax literally the entire galaxy and possibly the universe.
Vitiate, and by extension Revan, is obviously above this.
