Nothing to disprove it, he just hasn't actually done something of that magnitude. He's easily shown to be capable of universe+ and multi-universe level feats with a little prep time, so I wouldn't be surprised if he could actually pull it off.

I'd be opposed to this if it was against everything Rick has shown, but honestly, this is pretty much in line with what we know he can do. He's hardly ever serious, and casual projects of his have included an infinite 4-D space-time continuum contained in a box, 4-D tech capable of completely halting and altering the flow of space-time with literally the press of a button, a device which erases entire timelines as just a side effect of its usage, etc.
So yeah, I don't doubt the legitimacy of this statement.

All the universe+ to multi-universe level tech he's built and used has been extremely casual (creating an infinite space-time continuum for nothing more than to power his spaceship, using 4-D tech to halt the movement of the universe around him simply so he and his grandkids could clean up the house before they got in trouble, etc.).Alakabamm said:
