I added more description for Clover by stating he was the most skilled of the Ace-Ops, which was from Elm's bio. Since they are able to somewhat keep up with Maiden Penny I believe with this description it's no longer a circle.

Speaking of which, I found another problem with one of our profiles. Winter's first key is 8-A which she has for fighting Qrow, who is Low 7-B. I think you see the problem. So either another justification is needed or Qrow needs a Beacon key as well.

Low 7-B Winter probably, i dont think it was ever implied that she went through a training timeskip to get stronger like the main cast did, she just kept doing what she was doing until the atlas arc

Not really. She wasn’t just gonna be facing him but the entire White Fang as well, as we saw when she came back later. The Maiden powers were just an insurance that she can force them to obey if they said no.

Bit of a minor issue. Maria's page has her at 8-A for trading blows with Neo which should probably be changed now that the latter was upgraded. Of course, considering that her she never really trained that much after losing her eyes it would also be the same for her young self as well as Tock.

Yeah she shouldn't really scale to Neo directly, all she really did was precog her and redirect her attacks, neo basically oneshot her after landing a single solid hit
