I'd place my money on Shiwan, mostly due to his Reality Warping and Existence Erasure, something Ryougi doesn't seem to have an answer in either case. The only thing that I could see proving troublesome for him would be Shiki's Conceptual Manipulation, but I think Existence Erasure and Reality Warping - when combined - are bigger game changers.

Shiwan gets my vote,has resistance to some of shiki abilities and got loadsof hax which shiki cant deal with
