If we're going with 7-A end for his AP it should also be the end used for his Durability.

So Ares has 545 to Saber's 385 for AP and dura, lifting is M to 25, pretty much all the manips get resisted by MR, skill should be similar. Strike Air is a good bit better than Saber's normal attacks and also provides her with a speed boost and range while Instinct lets her dodge a lot of the stuff sent her way. Problem is that Ares has flight which would let him stay out of even Strike Air's range and just rain metal (which doesn't get lolnoped by magic resist) until she eventually dies.
