I'd say Piccolo takes both rounds, though having noticeably more trouble in Round 1.

Yes, but Sasuke is moon level only by potency and powerscaling. Piccolo is a legit moonbuster+, on panel. Piccolo can one shot Sasuke, Sasuke has never taken anything more than country level in the series. Not once
 
Yeah, even if we assume Sasuke is Moon Level in DC and durability, he'd still be in the exaton range, while Piccolo is in the mid-high zettaton range, meaning Sasuke would only be powerful enough to destroy the moon, while Piccolo could destroy Venus.

Sasuke tanked the collision between his Indra Arrow and Naruto's Tailed Beast Ball Rasenshuriken + a Senjutsu enchanced Wind Release: Ultra-Big Ball Rasenshuriken. Both of which had around Moon level DC as Sasuke was amped with all 9 Tailed beast's and his power / Chakra was compared to Hagoromo's.

Casual Moon Buster. At least that's what he was, but he is at least Moon level

Will any of Sasuke's hax be able to deal with Piccolo's DC advantage?

Using his Amenotejikara technique he can teleport so he can dodge some of Piccolo's attacks. Or maybe some of his Rinnegan hax could abord Piccolo's attaks (If energy equalization is on).

Also if energy equalization is on he might be able to put Piccolo in a Genjustu which could stun him.

Or is Piccolo's DC advantage big enough that Sasuke's hax won't matter?

Note that I am talking about Sasuke vs Piccolo pre-Raditz fight as Sasuke vs Piccolo(Nappa fight) would end in Sasuke getting stomped.

To answer your question SwordSlayer99, it may help him in Round 1, but not Round 2, given their stat difference. At some point, hax becomes rather irrelevant if your opponent is much stronger and you aren't faster.

Also, energy equalization does not appear to be on as the OP did not specify.
 
Yeah, since there is no mention of energy equalization, Sasuke can't use genjutsu hax or Rinnegan absorption. If equalization was on, I would give it to Sasuke with difficulty. That's only round 1 of course; in round 2 Sasuke gets stomped regardless of the rules.
 
If energy equalization is on then I would give Sasuke the 2nd round with difficulty.

If energy equalization is on then Sasuke can Genjutsu Piccolo (Which could stun him long enough to get hit with an Indra's Arrow or 2 if Sasuke can spam them )

Using the Preta Path he could absorb Piccolo's Ki and use it to fuel his own techniques. Using Amaterasu could also stun Piccolo.

And if Sasuke can use the Human Path (He mostly likely can because that is a power that all Rinnegan users share, along with the other Path's) then he can take Piccolo's soul.
 
Round 1: Piccolo (Is higher end Island level-Small Country level)

Round 2: Sasuke (SwordSlayer said it all)

Round 3: Sasuke.... well....

Well to be fair, the only Naruto character than can beat Piccolo(Nappa fight) is Kaguya and maybe her 2 sons at full power.
 
DMS Kakashi is only Country level DC and Durability and MHS in speed. While Piccolo(Nappa fight) is Moon level+ and MHS+.

I doubt DMS Kakashi could kill Piccolo since Piccolo is much, much faster.
 
BFR and Space Time manipulation. Kakashi would pass right through his durability. He can also kamui snipe his head off. I think Madara could beat him too.

Sasuke is also Moon level in DC and Durability. They both have simliar DC and Durability but Sasuke's hax is enough to kill Piccolo. Here's what Sasuke's hax could do to Piccolo

Sasuke can Genjutsu Piccolo (Which could stun him long enough to get hit with an Indra's Arrow or 2 if Sasuke can spam them)

Using the Preta Path he could absorb Piccolo's Ki and use it to fuel his own techniques. Sasuke is capable of absorbing Piccolo's Ki and casting his Indra's Arrow or any other jutsu at the same time.

Using the Human path Sasuke can steal Piccolo's soul.
