Scaling characters via DNA

pretty much I’m just asking can someone with DNA of an organism have the same physical characteristics as one, for example let me create a character let’s just call them Jack and he has a DNA sample of a blue whale, now that he’s fully grown does that mean he automatically gets the physicals of a average blue whale has like the class K LS and the wall+ AP? or is it more complicated

Not really. If he's human with just the whales DNA that doesn't qualify for much. Still going to need some actual feats or statements before any conclusions can be made.
