Woodin cardinals are miles bigger than anything SCP has. Pre-nerf Manifold makes current SCP look like a very weak 11-C in comparison still.

That thread would have upgraded Downstreamers incredibly high into tier 0 if it was accepted.

SCP-682, The Foundation and SCP-4755 will be the subject of Oven's next CRT so they will be edited a bit later. And Mnemosyne will be edited once I'm done with the CORE.exe profile.
