I would like to ask if this update to Momo Yozakura's intelligence section would fall under being self-evident or needing a revision thread. If it is self-evident, is at least genius all or is possibly EG also ok?

Most of the indie game characters seem pretty self evident for Extraordinary Genius or maybe just likely Extraordinary Genius at least in terms of science & technology.
Granny & Rod: To freeze someone instantly, needs a highly efficient, ultra-low temperature mechanism that outperforms modern cryogenic technologies. The device must also probably store and release an extreme cold source instantly, which is currently impossible with real-world physics due to energy constraints. Avoiding gradual freezing and ensuring an instant effect without ice crystal formation means Granny & Rod developed a revolutionary freezing method that surpasses all known technology. Rod’s mask must instantly disperse freezing gas, energy, or chemicals without harming him as well and Granny’s device is portable.
Buck: Advanced Sensor Integration-Motion detection should be precise enough to differentiate between authorized and unauthorized movement without false activations, requires a mechanism that instantly triggers an explosive reaction upon motion detection, which would need near-zero latency. Plasma weapons do not exist in functional form today, meaning Buck solved energy efficiency and containment issues decades ahead of real science. Plasma also typically requires extreme heat, yet he bypassed conventional limitations by using compressed gas to generate explosive plasma reactions. The rifle also knocks people back tens of meters meters which shows a lot of kinetic impact.
Sister Madeline: Madeline not only altered the chicken’s DNA but also modified it (Growth acceleration, Metabolic rewiring, Neurological aggression enhancement, etc.) It also ensures that the mutated chickens survive without rapid organ failure or metabolic collapse means Madeline understands complex biological interactions far beyond modern science.
Mr. Meat: Merging two vastly different DNA structures (human and pig) without immediate rejection and turning one into a pig is impossible with current science also as mentioned above.
All of this seems like impossible science-fiction levels of science and technology.

It seems like you removed it despite that it seemed to fit, but since our rules are about to change in that area so combat intelligence statistics are not allowed anymore, I removed it again.

Are Harrison’s feats enough for Genius?
- Forged a very believable crime scene that fooled the entire town of Iron Lake while playing victim with a perfect poker face (including Chief Bishop who was said to be a very good cop), which only Dexter was able to see through.
- When first enrolled in a new highschool, Harrison passed the school placement test with the highest score thats ever been recorded in only 15 minutes, and when he was forced to retake it under suspicion of cheating he ended up getting an even higher score than before. Notably, the placement test included questions designed for advanced placement students at a college level, with Harrison only being 16 during this time.
- Tracked down Dexter despite Dexter crafting a meticulous identity that Dexter himself said was supposed to be monotonous and hard to find.
- Remembers perfectly the death of his mother while Harrison was only few months old when she died, and Dexter himself said that they had the same mind.

To be short, she build a railgun out of scrap. The reason why is think this would scale her to Extraordinary Genius is because in real life. No railgun would be that powerful to cause damage to something that is 5-B. Since Uzi's railgun one-shot J who is 5-8 like the rest of the murder drones cast.Please elaborate regarding what this means.

Let me word it more clearly. Infinite versions of the Lich share one mind. It would mean the Lich can process infinite information due to his mind being in infinite versions of himself.Being linked to them and actually being able to process information at literally infinite speed are not remotely automatically necessarily the same thing.
