Sadly, I see no way for Dark Gaia to win in this form. Shadow Mewtwo's arsenal is FAR too impressive, & he's on a higher scale for 5-A. If speed is unequalized, Dark would be faster, but Mewtwo could compensate with stat (de)buffs, teleportation, & literally every other advantage. Let's not forget Dark Gaia's eyes.

Dark Gaia's mind hax has greater potency that Mewtwo's resistance and can drain energy like he did to Sonic.

Although Mewtwo does have a huge AP advantage and can counter Dark Gaia's abilities with his own more versatile skill set, so I think Mewtwo takes it.

Actually, it might be in the millions. A forest is smaller than an island, and a forest contains millions of Pokemon. Plus, Mewtwo can use his psychic power on millions of Pokemon at once.
