Welcome! This CRT is going to be about hax layers of SS charaters.
The terror of Lo49's hex has memory, perception and mind manipulation, it was able to bypass Sunny's already High protection against mind attacks giving it 1 layer.
With some extra memories Sunny was capable of breaking the mental hex of the terror meaning the sum of the mind resistance from a few memories ammounted to 1 layer, as a supreme Sunny's [Mantle] is of a higher rank than any of those memories so it's reasonable to assume he has 1 layer of resistance due to it, considering there are large gaps between ranks.
Condemnation opening his eyes caused Sunny to feel as if his mind was about to shatter even though he isn't the person Condy was looking at, Sunny at this point is using the [Mantle] which gives him a high degree of protection against mind attacks, so that should be 1 layer of passive mind manip. Considering the fact that Condy doesn't have any mind related abilities this should be a general ability for all cursed of that class.
The puppeteer moth was capable of making Sunny forget his own companions even exist (Kai and Slayer), maкe him not notice it's strings wrapping around him and was also being capable of corrupting parts of his mind in earlier chapters and piercing his mental defenses and shield of will, taking into account the stuff from the privious paragraph this should be enough for its mind hax to get 2 layers.

Death Will is Sunny's Will to see living beings die and it's both related to his own affinity and a skill he learned while wielding the Soul Serpent, which in it's weapon form embodies the death aspect of shadow god.
By unleashing the full force of his death will (pre [curse]) he was capable of killing mundane people and creatures of lower ranks (which should refer to awekaned and dormant), though he hasn't tried doing that due to not fighting creatures that weak, meaning people of the asceded rank would be able to survive it and thus get resistance to his death manip.
After creating the [curse] Sunny said he would be able to wish swarms of nightmare creatures dead meaning he can now apply this in his more regular battles and thus he should be able to kill beings he couldn't before with his will (this is due to the [mercy of shadow] enchancement being specifically made to boost his will), bypassing their resistance, granting him 1 layer.
The black malipades of the Ember Queen's tribe (those that weren't wounded) were capable of withstanding being imbued with Sunny's death will, granting them a layer of resistance to death manipulation. Those are also corrupted NMC who don't have any special abilities to be taken into account meaning all creatures of that rank (or equivalent of it) will get the rsistance.
The Soul serpent embodies Death and is capable of ignoring the Will of beings to exist because of it. It was capable of killing Sunny, a trancendent titan, so that would be 2 layers.

Saints-equals of corrupted NMC-are capable of surviving a soul attack that is capable of destroying the souls of countless normal people meaning they have resistance to soul manip.
Master Jet is capable or bypassing the physical defnses of a person to attack their soul directly, as she's shown the capablity of destroying the souls of corrupted in antarctica while also being stated to be feared even by saints she should get 1 layer of soul manip.
She also failed destroying the soul of a Great Beast (skinwalker) meaning those get 1 layer of resistance

Basically, it was stated by Sunny that getting closer to divinity makes awakened immune to lesser forms of corruption. He also saw the process of awakening cleanse the seed of corruption inside Rain's soul. So this gives awakened resistance to corruption as they are on the first step towards divinity.
