This is hopefully the final thread on this topic, basically a continuation of this thread, which concluded that
So here are some conclusions, basic magic already affects emotions, but then there is non-attribute magic/mental interference magic, which is an enhanced version, Lilim's temptation falls into non-attribute magic, because it's an ability used to affect the mind/emotions, so just by virtue of that would have 1 layer of hax, this doesn't work on Peak Counts, thus they have 1 layer of resistance.
Following from this, we know Peak Counts can't resist Isis serious magic power of death (Chapter 627), thus it would have 2 layers, and people who can resist it should have 2 layers of resistances.
Also thinking about it, you need to be a peerage holder to resist Isis passive magic power of death (Chapter 585), the magic power of death is an ability which passively affects a person's mind, causing people like Aoi to faint, who as a mage, would have baseline resistance to this sort of stuff, so passive magic power of death has 1 layer of hax, peerage holders would have a 1 layer of resistances for resisting it. However Lilim's charm ability is effective on Count Ranks who would already have 1 layer of resistances to these sorts of abilities, so actually Lilm would have 2 layers, and Peak Count Ranks have 2 layers of resistances, with Isis serious magic power of death having 3 layers, and 6 Kings who can resist that 3 layers of resistances, and finally World Creators like Shiro, having 4 layers since it's already established it is impossible for World Creator's creation to resist their creator's power (Chapter 633).

- World Creators have 4 layers of hax because their creations can't resist their power.
