She-Hulk (Avengers Alliance) vs Mewtwo (Pokemon)

Both are High 3-A so there's no value to scale to.
 
She-Hulk's feat comes fro her hammer shaking an infinite universe, just by it entering the universe. Mewtwo scales to a being that absorbed the light from an infinite universe.
 
No idea for Mewtwo, but She-Hulk usually goes to increase her speed with "Burst of Speed", followed by attacks with her hammer ("Hammering Blow").
 
How good is She-Hulk's Mind Hax Resistance? If I remember correctly Mewtwo has some of the best layered Mind Hax in Pokémon and while it doesn't spam it they'll typically use whatever method is best in each situation since Mewtwo is stated to go for the win as soon as possible in the Pokédex entries.
 
So, her first key feat is just baseline from what I've been told, but her second form should be much higher.

I think that downscaling from Cul Borson (A 2-C Norse God who's gimmick is mind/fear manip) is probably the most accurate thing I can give (She gets her powers from a servent of him, imbued with a fractionof his power), so probably just a single infinity above baseline. Since there's 9 members of the worthy, including Cul himself I guess it almost makes sense that the power is divided by 9.

Iso-8 also boosts the characters powers over time, and considering that she's infinite in strength, I suppose that culminates pretty well too.
