Now, I'm not asking for a revision, but since the Werehog is 5-A because he beat the Egg Dragoon, shouldn't Base Sonic beating the Egg Dragoon be listed as a 5-A feat for him?

If it's an outlier it shouldn't be listed as a 5-A feat, no. Outliers are inaccurate in nature so they shouldn't be used to gauge a character's strength.

7.2 Yottatons? Eh, honestly I don't see much wrong with making Sonic 5-A given that he scales far above the 1.4 yottaton feat, and the two feats aren't far apart. But then again I don't know too much about modern sonic.

That wasn't Dark Gaia causing the 5-A feat, that was the Negative Chaos Energy of the Chaos Emeralds. That's why Perfect Chaos is minimum 5-A.
