Im gonna say inconclusive, im pretty sure the giant water bug would kill the glaucus fairly easily, but it will probably succumb to its poison shortly after.
 
I would say Blue galactus, most poisons also work as a way to make the predadtor stop atacking after tasting It, so the bug should try to eat the slug, taste the poison, let It go and die from It later

But there's a problem. Giant water bugs attack by stabbing its victim and sucking out their innards. I know this is a slug and they're resilient to damage but they do still need their internal organs
