Cell should possess Senzu Beans as his Optional Equipment, since he managed to steal a bag of them from Krillin, thus gaining abilities given by them, aka Healing, Regeneration (Up to Low-Mid) and Stamina Restoration.

I gotta disagree, just because he stole them doesn't justify them as Optional Equipment, unless he specifically makes use of them. I don't recall him doing anything with them, Optional Equipment still needs to be notable enough. By this logic, any character who steals an object but doesn't do anything with it should get it as Optional Equipment, which we don't do to my knowledge.
