You aren't forced to, but a questions and answers thread exists so you can ask question, because this technically isn't a CRT, you're just asking if that counts as a specific ability, so logically you should've asked first if it was and made the addition after.

I'm not sure, but it seems like it's vibrating not so much to make the inside vibrate, but because of the damage it's causing. I'm not sure how accurate vibration manipulation is.

i don't think it's vibration manipulation it just destroyed metal bars so the building started to collapse

the projectiles seems to be bouncing around in an awkward manner after shot. Collapsing concrete roofs of such a larger area quick time is what initially lead me to believe this but if it's just normal bullets thats then I guess ehh

I mean I doubt they're normal bullets but I'd say you need something more concrete to actually say this is specifcally vibration manipulation and not just a product of her luck abilities

Yeah do not look like normal bullets in appearance as the weapons are used by M.R.D a futuristic military.

No it just damages the engine and causes an explosion, that wouldn't be explosion manip either
