Location: New Marais (There are civilians in the area)

Both start 5 feet away from each other

Cole starts off in his RFI form

Hulk is bloodlusted

Who wins? The Electric Man or the Green Mean Anger Machine?

Cole MacGrath due to higher attack potentcy and higher durability overall, since this is Movie Hulk. Also, dear BadLander, f*ck you.
 
Hulk has a good chance of surviving Cole's attacks tho, because he has a decent Regenerationn, and is durable enough to take them. Problem is that Cole can just spam electricity and recharge himself while Hulk is trying to recover, and the speed advantage allows him to do that
