This actually seems like a fairly close fight.
Zero has better hax, but Sol has much higher speed

This is very tricky. Zero outclasses Sol in almost every category except a massive speed disadvantage.
I don't see either winning if they go in serious, but in character I'll give it to Zero via his serious attitude and AP advantage.
