Its just passive last I checked basically he rewrites your mind, body and soul with it, he's prolly got some other passives too iirc

He's also got other passives such as Soul Manip, Mind Manip, Matter Manip, Deconstruction, Death Manip, EE it seems based off this match he had with Ren Amamiya here. Granted Sol was tier 2 in that key but his hax should still apply
