I will say Dark Phoenix, she can separate molecules and the Sol's regenation can't compensate that

Going with all of the above. Unless Sol has any hax that will last him long against DP, he loses here.

Backyard destroys living matter only because BY tries to force information cluster on living beings. As far as I understand gear cells allow to adapt to such kind of enviroment (add here that they possibly were got from BY). So Sol can't resist disentagration unless he somehow know how to cast Absolute Defense Fellion on him.
But if we could take his idiotic explanation vs his own past incarnation death... Maybe he can just resist desintagration... Because he is THE Sol Badguy. =)
