Some Garfield feats

I also think that we should only give him abilities from the Jim Davies comicstrips.

Is it fine if i make another page for his TV/movie version then if we are not using it on this page? He has a few shows and movies that would make the page worth it I believe.

(Little off topic. But can someone close a thread about Garfield vs the player. The thread needs to be as the page got deleted and even when remade is inaccurate in a manor that breaks a rule for vs wikis rules on lasers. And at this point everyone's repeating themselves)

It makes him very exaggerated compared to his regular incarnation.

That is true. He is Vastly (and I do mean Vastly) superior to his comic counter part.

Could I simply make a page for his Shows and movies then? And just have that as a different thing on his page (like batman having new 52, post crisis, ect)

I don't know. I suppose that it might be an idea.

I'll make a Sandbox and later have it reviewed. And possibly turn it into a page with the accpetance. If there isn't any objections to that idea

To my knowledge there are 5 or more versions of the cat.

Comicstrips, OG cartoon, later cartoon, comics, live-action, possibly more.

Should be different keys or profiles imo

The Cartoons can be put together as they don't contradict each other as much as the comic strip does. And the movies I'm talking about are movies based on the shows. So they are fair game

The live action movies definitely though would be a different page

Different styles different stories heck the new one has Garzooka and stuff which are far different from what the OG cartoons had. Movies would go with the corasponding cartoons.

Yeah. Btw does Garfeild have any video games?

Okay. Should we start by removing the feats that are outside of the original comic strip from the profile?

So is somebody willing to help us sort out the non-canon abilities and feats that should be removed from the page?

I have that Garfield Faster than sound feat a try myself. It was like Supersonic+ at its low end. And MHS at its high end. Tho it hasnt been evaluated yet

I think it would be considered book continuity, which means that's either a separate key or merged with the comic strips.

By my count, we have:
- Comic strips (Main continuity Garfield, the one featured on this page)
- Garfield and Friends (1998 animated series)
- The Garfield Show (2009 animated series)
- Pet Force
- Videogames (Garfield Kart, etc.)

- Musical (Garfield Live)

- Animated movies
- Live-action (the Bill Murray movies, possibly the movie tie-in games)
- Books (Garfield in Space)

If we can merge any of these, that would be preferable. They probably all warrant separate profiles, unless someone wants to go and make an actual Composite Garfield page. Ignore the weird indents.

I also think that they should be handled separately.

If Composite Garfield is still a go, I have some suggestions/findings for the fat cats profile:

Air Manipulation: Via his burps, sneezes, and blowing on things...

Fire Manipulation: With the Peruvian Death Pepper, and the Chili Con Carne powerup (He has a Hammerspace, so I think the Death Pepper shouldn't be excluded as an attack)

Sound Manipulation: He can also purr super loud, and create sonic booms by running...

Invisibility: He has this weapon called a Red Stick (brilliantly named I know) which can turn Garfield invisible...

Hypnosis: https://imgur.com/GkYQPbB

X-Ray Vision: His his X-Ray glasses

Teleportation/Sleep Manipulation/Energy Projection: With the Magic Wand, Cuzzzhion, and U.F.O powerups. (P.S. only uses this while driving his car, so do with that as you will...)

Resistance to Heat Manipulation: via this https://static.garfield.dale.ro/1978/ga780712.gif this https://imgur.com/4gIkOiq and this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VjrjHd8RS4o

Body Control/Elasticity: I know Retractable claws is listed under body control, but he has a shitton of other feats of body control aside form just his claws (melting, squishing into tight spaces, stratching his arms, mouth, and lips extremely long distances, getting twisted around at least ten times, and being squashed flat.)

Minor Weather Manipulation/Water Manipulation: Via this https://d1ejxu6vysztl5.cloudfront.net/comics/garfield/2005/2005-04-06.gif and I'm 90% sure rainclouds appeared over his head during a few Mondays in the comics...

More feats for Superhuman Digestion: https://d1ejxu6vysztl5.cloudfront.net/comics/garfield/1996/1996-11-20.gif, https://tse4.mm.bing.net/th?id=OIP.vepJFAw8Q2XbdOArbc6EGAHKCI&pid=Api...

Here's more strengh feats: https://d1ejxu6vysztl5.cloudfront.net/comics/garfield/1987/19870503.gif, https://d1ejxu6vysztl5.cloudfront.net/comics/garfield/1983/19830904.gif,

Toonforce Madness: https://tse3.mm.bing.net/th?id=OIP.j50xsIerI0QRjyWI7uu5vwHaCJ&pid=Api, https://d1ejxu6vysztl5.cloudfront.net/comics/garfield/1989/1989-03-04.gif,

There's more stuff out there, but that was everything I could find for today...

And about the whole "It makes him very exaggerated compared to his regular incarnation" thing, clearly vs battles wiki has never in thier long and storied run had any super haxxy, cartoon, or Composite Tier 9/8 characters...
