Let's say person A is able to stop all time periods, person A is up against person B who has time stop resistance but doesn't have aca 1. Now what will happen? Can person B move if his past self is stopped?

Thank You in advance.

If Person A stops Person B's time in the past, then this creates a paradox because if their time is stopped at lets say a day in the past, Person B logically wouldn't be present in the fight, but where they were stopped at.

Hmmm, so does person A wins?
It's a weird question. If person B has time stop resistance and we also assume he's always had it, then even if person A decides to time stop them in the past, they shouldn't be able to. If it did work, then person B wouldn't even be in the fight in the first place as they're stopped at some moment in the past, which is paradoxical.

But character B shouldn't be affected.

Let's say person B gains time stop resistance via a transformation, will it affect anything?

It should, since B has to transform to resist time stop but if A stops the time when B has already tranformed then B should be also resist

It kinda depends on what time period A stops

Does A have Acausality? If not then he's stopping himself from being born unless he's existed since before time began, he's also stopping the universe from being created and therefore also stopping B from being born assuming he hasn't existed before time began either, so this fight never happened in the first place and A had no reason to stop time therefore time was never stopped.

A seems to not be affected by its ability

If he’s resistant all the time then the time stop fails in the past which means his future is unaffected.
His resistance doesn't help him, because Time is Stopped from it Flow, his Resistance still doesn't stop the time stop, his past become his Future, his Future Time is stuck on the day that time got stopped. He will never arrive in the Future because his past become his Future.

…..that’s what resistance to time stop is
