Son goku (dragon ball) vs alice fuji (Arachnid)

That is... a pretty random matchup. Alice won't be able to use her threads to manipulate Goku thanks to his enormous LS advantage and having homing energy attacks against someone with worse range is helpful, but thats where his advantages ends sadly. For once, without significant upscaling from his feat, Goku has barely an AP advantage against Alice, which might make it neglible at that point.

In close quarter combat Alice should utterly destroy. Super slowmotion vision, Multiple Analytical Prediction abilities, being able to reflect Gokus punches and kicks back at him and her 3 scaling speed amp would allow Alice to pummel Goku to death before he could even take a single breath.

I mean yeah sure, but what can Goku even do against her? Like, the only way I can feesibly see Goku winning is by hopping onto his cloud and range spaming Alice until she dies.
