Answer:
Earlier in the movie before Sonic and Tails arrived at Robotropolis, Sonic was shown using his Super Peel Out before entering the portal that leads to Robotropolis.

Speed: Massively Hypersonic (At least low triple digits, ran from a side of the planet to the other one in a few minutes), higher with Peel Out, even higher with Super Peel Out (Matched Hyper Metal Sonic's Revving, that blitzed his Peel Out)

Speed: Massively Hypersonic (Flew from one side of the planet to the other in a few minutes), higher with Revving (Blitzed Sonic's Peel Out. Matched Sonic's Super Peel Out in speed)
