Well, as you can see from looking in Dante, Vergil and Nero profiles, they have a lot of similar abilities and resistances that they share from having the same power source, Sparda's blood and soul, so to make the profile less clutter to see from both the supporters and the people that just want to check the profiles, we decide to make a Sparda Lineage section for the Demon Physiology as you can see here:

- Accelerated Development (Skill, Battle, Physical and Abilities) and Reactive Evolution (Can improve their skills extremely fast in combat, even against demons that have command of techniques that allow them to perceive patterns far beyond their opponent's abilities, they can receive more demonic/magic power every time he hits his opponents or takes damage and they can also adapt to anything that don't kill than instantly, gaining new powers, abilities and resistances against corresponding threats in mere seconds, like when adapted by transforming instinctively in Ultimate Devil Trigger to fight off Alice when she was sucking his life force, or when Vergil was capable of overcoming a dangerous demonic illusion created by a Sin that is capable of driving normal people insane, Dante was capable of instinctively adapting by semi-transforming in Ultimate Devil Trigger to fight off a Sin when he was striping away his blood. They are also capable of adapting to the hazardous environment of the Demon World, for example, when just being near of the evil dimension was enough to be affected by the powerful illusions that was messing with all his superhuman senses and that is also capable to reduce his strength when he enters inside there and he was still capable to quickly overcome all the illusions and his strength being reduced very fast , was show to be able to adapt to the "unearthly illness" which makes it difficult to concentrate and causes intense nausea and dizziness)
- Master Acrobatics (They repeatedly shows great maneuvers of balance, agility, dexterity, coordination like when Dante uses Air Hike or Wall Hike, regularly performs hypermobile movements with their body and they can also traverse a large variety of terrains with no issue, from surviving in the vacuum of space to aquatic environments and the hazardous environments of the Demon World)
- Supernatural Willpower (They have great showings of willpower throughout their lifes, like when Vergil was capable to battle against Mundus' control over his mind and body for 9 years , they are capable of wielding the Force Edge without turning into a giant blob monster like Arkham, which is also later confirmed by Griffon that you need a strong body and mind to be able to wield the Devil Sword Sparda and they can also withstand the limits imposed by the harsh laws of reality of the Demon World, which just Dante approaching was enough to be affected by the powerful illusions that was messing with all his superhuman senses and they are also capable to reduce the strength of someone who enters inside there and he was still capable to quickly adapt to all the illusions there, was capable to adapt to the "unearthly illness" which makes it difficult to concentrate and causes intense nausea and dizziness and was also capable to adapt when his strength was being reduced when he was close to the nexus and was barely unable to hold Rebellion and than after some seconds passed he was capable to completely overcome and restore his strength)

- Enhanced Senses (Enhanced Awareness, Soul Vision, Night Vision, Danger Intuition, Aura Vision, Longe-Range Tracking, Illusion Awareness and FTL Vision up reaching mid tier demon class) (They are capable of seeing evil spirits when they are leaving the body of the hosts which are invisible to the human eyes, can see the souls that Hell Greed summons, can also see through the darkness of the night, is capable to detect danger on his surroundings, can see the aura of his opponents, can track smells over long distances to find his target and they are also capable of seeing through powerful illusions, like when they saw through the illusions created by the Demon World, which just approaching is already enough to be affected by them, was capable of seeing through a dangerous demonic illusion created by a Sin that is capable of driving normal people insane and they are also capable of seeing through the illusions in Mallet Island and can also see beings and objects with FTL speed before they reaching him)
- Extrasensory Perception (Power Level Measurement, Magic Detection, Evil Awareness and Enhanced Sight) (Can detect difference in power levels, is capable of detecting magic and magical energies, they are also capable of detecting evil beings, and can sense someone tens of kilometers away, like when Vergil sensed Lady when she was on the ground of the Temen-ni-gru tower and also when Dante was capable to sense Vergil when he was on top of the Temen-ni-gru tower)
- Telepathy: (Mental Speaking and Thought Detection) (Can communicate telepathically with other people and can also heard people's thoughts)
- Telekinesis for Sparda, Dante and Vergil: (Object Calling, Direction Alteration and Immobilization) (Can throw his weapons and call them back, can control his weapons trajectory after throwing them and can also stop a motorcycle that was thrown in the air telekinetically)
- Teleportation for Sparda, Dante and Vergil (They are capable to teleport)
- Regeneration (Mid, Low-High after awakening their demonic powers , Low-Godly, instantly in Devil Trigger) (Easily survived being shot in the head and face at point-blank range, along with his entire body getting shot by a gang. Instantly regenerated from a bullet going through his head. He also has shown feats of instantly regenerating from weapons piercing through his body. They are capable to regenerate after being melted by the Savior, can also regenerate from complete destruction of their body, when only their consciousness, which is their soul, is still intact, but since the time frame is not specified, this regeneration is non-combat applicable in base form and only being combat applicable when they enter in their Devil Trigger forms)
- Regeneration Negation (At least High-Mid, up to Low-Godly) (They can negate the regeneration of demons with nothing but normal attacks and even overcome resistances., like when Sparda made a scar on Beowulf face, or when Dante was able to make Beowulf permanently blind in one eye when he was tired from the fight , even after some time was passed and he still was unable to heal his wounds and Vergil was also capable to permanently decapitated him . They also have showings to being able to nullify regen against the strongest demons in the Demon World, like when Dante after absorbing the power of Sparda sealed inside the Devil Sword Sparda was capable to fatally injure Mundus . Dante was capable of destroying Abigail's body beyond repair after getting more stronger from his fist fight with Sid, he was capable in the second time to revert Sid back to his normal form with only using his Devil Trigger Explosion and killed him with only a single shoot from Ebony and Ivory . Dante fought a more powerful version of Mundus from a Alternate Timeline and inflicted deep wounds on his body and he was unable to heal himself from the attacks and was also capable to eventually inflict a fatal wound on Urizen's body when they ware fighting on the center of the Qliphoth tree and he was unable to regenerate from that wound, despite being regenerating with no problems from Dante's previous attacks)
- Enhanced Empathic Manipulation, Enhanced Fear Manipulation and Aura ( Dante was able to make demons fell into despair and fear when he stopped using the name '' Tony '' and returned to using his original name , was also capable to unleash his magical aura when he become angry with Chen when he used Beastheads's powers to copy Sparda's swordsmanship, which his aura being capable to be used to destroy objects and even cause despair and fear in these objects and made Chen's most loyal employers to flee and both Dante and Urizen can make V sense despair and fear, who is capable of enduring the presence of other Demons, which causes despair, fear and insanityand is ok being in the Demon World, which also causes despair, fear and insanity)
- Power Nullification and BFR with Ebony and Ivony (They are capable of neutralizing the powers of Sparda that have been absorbed by Arkham when he used the two halves of the amulet to awaken the Force Edge and also afterwards sended him from the Demon World to the Human World)

- Explosive Aura (When they are transforming, by holding their own powers inside themselves and letting it out in a powerful explosion in which triggers than into their demon forms and causes a major damage to their enemies)

- Extreme Pain Tolerance (They have great showings of supporting extreme levels of pain throughout their lifes, like when Dante despite being in extreme pain, he moved by sheer willpower, Dante and Vergil continuous battle each other since they are kids and they show many times to have a very good pain tolerance throughout their lives, Nero was capable to keep fighting Urizen ignoring the pain despite the many hits that he have taken)
- Enhanced Empathic Manipulation and Enhanced Fear Manipulation (The Sparda Lineage can endure being in each other's presence , which is capable to make even demons fell despair and fear and is also capable of making people who can endure normal despair and fear from demons and the Demon World completely collapse out of terrorand can also endure being in high tier demons's presence, like Alternative Mundus, who just his laugh made Beryl fell despair and fear)
- Enhanced Space-Time Manipulation (Is capable to resist the abilities of Yamato, like when Is not cutted into pieces by the Judgment Cut and)
- Poison Manipulation (They are capable of resisting different types of poison numerous times throughout their life, was unaffected by the demon monkey's poisonous blood, which was poisonous enough to dissolve his own body, was unaffected when Beelzebub's spat its poison on Dante, was unaffected by the Nobody's poisonous bodies when they die and explode into pieces and was also unaffected by Chaos's neurotoxin sacs inside his chest, which he spits on his enemies)
- Energy Absorption (Is unaffected when entering inside the Fault's body, which is confirmed to absorb magic power of their preys and they are also capable of resisting his magical powers being absorbed numerous times throughout their life, like when was capable of resisting Leviathan's hearts' ability to absorb his magical powers when fighting inside it, or when Nobody's absorbed his magical powers with its dance, was also capable of fighting off Nightmare's magic absorbing powers, and is also capable of using Nightmare Beta, which absorbs magic energy from the user)

- Blood Manipulation (Instinctively semi-transformed in Ultimate Devil Trigger to fight off a Sin when he was striping away his blood and was also capable of fighting off Queen Empusa when she grabs than to suck their blood)
- Holy Manipulation (Is unaffected by the explosion of the holy water that kills demons instantly, was capable of withstanding attacks from the Fallen's holy spear and was also unaffected by Allan Lowell's magical pendant that reacts to Demonic Power and then turns them to ashes)
- Absolute Zero and Matter Manipulation (Molecular Level) (Is capable of surviving attacks from the Frost's claws, who's air can reach beyond absolute zero and can kill any of their victims without feeling any pain. Can also survive an attack from Frost when he enter in a molecular scattering state, causing their molecules to pass through the target to cause damage and Frost's claws can freeze his opponents and is capable of breaking out of the ice)
- Sound Manipulation (Is unaffected by the Assaults's shriek, was also unaffected by Elena's sound-based attacks, was shown to not be affected by the Beastheads' loud roar and was also unaffected by the dreadful metallic sound that is even more louder than the Beastheads' roar himself)
- Regeneration Negation (At least High-Mid, up to Low-Godly) (They can withstand attacks from each other and still keep normally regenerating from their wounds just fine, despite being able to negate the regeneration of even the strongest demons of the Demon World, which can regen as long as their consciousness, which is their soul, is still intact. They are also capable to develop the ability to resist when their resistances is surpassed)
- Enhanced Soul Absorption (They are capable to resist their souls being melded together with the others souls inside the Savior
- Corruption Type 2 and Power Nullification (Was capable to resist to Mundus's powers when he tried to corrupt, restrict and take control over his mind and body and only was able to make him obey to some extent when he gived back his amulet, which Mundus's chains being powerful enough to restrain Nightmare, who is capable to completely destroy the Demon World)
- Extreme Heat, Radiation Manipulation and Matter Manipulation (Atomic Level) (They can survive attacks from plasma and particle beams made by Plasma and Mundus)
- Body Puppetry (Can break out of the Marionette's screech, which strings up their victims like a puppet)
- Hellfire Manipulation and Magma Manipulation (They can withstands the fires from Ifrit, which the fires from Ifrit is potent enough to melt the ice from Frost's body, which are impervious to even volcanic fire from the Demon World and is able to wield Ifrit without succumbing to his Hellfire wrath)
- Enhanced Time Stop (They are unaffected by the Bangle of Time, which can stop time and freeze almost every demon in place, despite they being shown to be unaffected by other means of Time Manipulation, like not being affected by the Demon World, which is capable of distorting time and space and is also capable of stopping the flow of time)
- Enhanced Power Nullification (Resisted Beelzebub's blue vomit, which is capable to nullify Dante's ranged weapons, like Ebony and Ivory, which contain souls on the bullets, and have powerful techniques, yet Beelzebub's blue vomit can nullify it. Nightmare Beta is a Devil Arm which is used which Devil Trigger energy and is also nullified by the spit of Beelzebub, but Dante can still transform and destroy all the evil maggots without any type of problem)
- Enhanced Paralysis Inducement and Enhanced Extreme Pain Tolerance (Unaffected by the Demon World's nexus, which can temporarily paralyze demons after refreshing their Demonic Powers)
