Damn it someone beat me to this. Ok let's see Shulk's precognition is strong enough to work against Acasuality Type 2's, but Squall's Acasuality isn't the traditional Type 2, even on his upgrade thread it was generally agreed upon that while Type 2 isn't incorrect it would be better suited for Type 3 or 4 so...
