We already discussed why it should be Social Influencing.
The only thing that could make it count as Fear Manipulation would be him scaring Endeavor despite Endeavor being able to whoop his ass, showing that Stain can cause fear in stronger opponents.

Physical force my ass, Stain's quirk is to paralyze others after licking their blood. Him scaring the others was due to his aura, just like Thorkell did.

The scan you linked to prove fear manipulation for Thorkell was people scared of his name which is literally a nothing power. Stains 'Bloodlust' is separate to his quirk so I have no idea what you mean by that.

Well it was a misunderstanding of his cuz he missed the scan of Thorkell breaking a viking's mind.

I mean, a clear aura of intimidation was coming off of Stain. It scared people stronger than him, so I don’t see why it wouldn’t be Fear Manipulation.

I agree with this, at least right now it makes sense.
