What are your guy’s thoughts on Andor so far?
Best written Star Wars TV series to date. Pacing is nice and slow. Characters are well written, even one off ones. We know there is a point to each and every episode with a pay-off in future, but at the same time they don't feel like filler.

The show as a whole feels like an Alexander Freed Star Wars novel translated to TV format without too much or even anything cut out for time and for sake of TV format. I guess that's why I love it so much.

I honestly don't believe Yoda would be that much more powerful if he fell to the Dark Side. It was more than likely just a nightmare (albeit one with more weight since it plagued an extremely powerful and intelligent Force user).

star wars is downplayed a ton in a lot of versus communities, i remember the batshit insane takes like the US military being able to beat the empire.
Mon Cala in Canon in 18 BBY had a population greater than ours currently, and probably a greater military (and technology far more advanced). And Tarkin shat on them in a matter of hours with just three ISDs.

and then 40 years later they likely got shat on by The First Order as well, my dudes cant catch a break.

Even though yoda is grandmaster there was one thing he couldn’t do guys as quoted by a guy on the internet

Mace Windu: "You are my grandmaster, but I do not grant you the N-Word Pass."

Yoda: "What? Do this, how can you? Unfair, this is. Outrageous, it is. How can your boss I be, but an N-Word Pass not have I?"

Poor yoda

This is a channel that does really good Star Wars edits.
My man, many people here are already familiar with this channel. But thanks for promoting him more.

I always am curious if there’s an in-universe reason as to why yoda speaks so strangely
Nope. Yoda's background (including his manner of speaking) and species are one thing Lucas demanded that they should never be explained. And Lucasfilm seems hell-bent on following that diktat.

I need to Bully my little brother for being the Internet explorer of the star wars discussion thread but i appreciate his wholesome contributions.
In my defense, I rarely ever look in this thread

Tales of the Jedi spoilers.

Goddamnit. All Yaddle had to do was keep quite or fall backwards, and then the galaxy would have been saved—they could've lived in a society, maybe even Wakanda.

Other than that and the Tiger thing's CGI in episode 1, the series was good.

what tier should we give to Yaddle in legends?
She's on the same level as other heavy hitters on the council like Plo Koon and Kenobi. And in Legends she was a powerful Jedi Consular, focusing less on lightsaber combat and more on Force powers (and study of those powers and the mysteries of the Force).

We're planning that.

Originally, there were rules/guidelines about one-off power-ups.

wait till humans invent the force

The Forerunners in Halo had this tech called "constraint fields" which can best be described as technologically-generated telekinesis. Think Star Wars tractor beams but with dextrous telekinetic capabilities.

Here is an example of this tech being used by the Ur-Didact, going full Vader on John-117:
